Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at bh998 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the source of the deposit and the destination of the withdrawal must be the same person's account.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). After a successful request, funds are typically transferred within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be held if the identity verification process has not been completed.
3.3 Currency
All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no facility for transactions in any other currency.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bh998 offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus applies to one account once only.
- Bonus claims cannot be made on multiple accounts from the same IP address or the same device.
- Bonuses are not transferable to third parties.
- bh998 reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
- In any dispute relating to bonuses, bh998's decision will be considered final.
VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards
bh998's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Players can move up to higher tiers through regular play.
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
VIP cashback benefits are added to accounts at a set time each week. The cashback amount may vary depending on the user's activity and tier. VIP benefits apply to active accounts only.
Prohibited Activities & Grounds for Account Termination
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Opening an account using a false identity or fake documents.
- A single individual operating multiple accounts.
- Using artificial betting strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
- Dishonestly exploiting any software bug or technical issue on the platform.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's account or payment method.
- Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
- Harassing or engaging in offensive conduct toward other users.
- Playing using automated bots or any other program.
